SHIPPING & RETURNS


We ship domestically and internationally. If you are local to Los Angeles, please  email us to schedule a free local pick-up.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email as well as a tracking number for your package. 

Processing & Shipping times

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy seasons and holidays, please be patient as longer processing times can happen.  

We strive to have your crystal order to you in 5-10 business days - if this isn't the case, we will be in communication every step of the way.  

 

Customs

This depends on the country you are having items delivered to you. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that packages sent may acquire customs fees when they arrive in your country.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different item from what you ordered, please let us know asap! Sometimes things happen, and we will work together to get your your correct order. 

Returned Mail - Undeliverable or Wrong Address Packages
If we receive a returned package due to a wrong address or otherwise undeliverable order, you will need to pay for shipping to resend it to the correct address. If the new shipping fee is not paid, the item will not be re-delivered and you will not receive a refund. 

Please ensure that your address and shipping information is correct prior to ordering. 


 

RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. 

If you have questions about a listing or item, please email us before you order. Crystals are natural and colors/shapes/textures can vary. Despite doing our best to be accurate in our listings, please keep in mind the potential for variations to be present. 

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

The Auric Fields is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft to your package.

If your items are damaged during shipping, please email us as soon as possible. Generally, we will work together to determine the cause of the damage. After receipt of the email, The Auric Fields will respond within one week with a resolution based on cause and type of damage.
